Energetic Minneapolis Event Centers Wedding • Joanna + Charles

One for the ages! From our first meeting on we could just feel the love between these two - one of deep respect, shared values, and a truly classic style of romance. Their day was full of style, energy, and most of all LOVE.

Currently residing in Ohio, Charles and Joanna returned to her home state of Minnesota to show their mostly out-of-town crew what the Twin Cities are all about. We started the day downtown, sharing some special moments between friends and family. I especially loved all of the sweet moments and tears between Joanna and her father - a documentary photographer’s dream! A quick trip over to Saint Paul brought us to their sweet first look (seriously check Charles’ reaction!) and emotional ceremony.

After some riverside photos along Saint Anthony Main with their crew, we headed on to the party. The View, a stunning warm, rustic, industrial space within Minneapolis Event Centers, was the setting for their celebration. We loved their deep, bold palette for fall with floral by the amazing Sadie’s, and each table was personalized with a photo from somewhere J+C had traveled together. A truly epic dance party followed, and the evening ended at the stroke of midnight with a (hilariously enthusiastic) sparkler sendoff.

We could not adore these two more. They are a force, and the world is better with them in it TOGETHER!
