We schedule 10-15 minutes for each individual during a team portrait session. Team portrait sessions must take place on the same day for group rates to apply.

We’d love to continue a conversation about the scope of your lifestyle photography needs. From there we’ll provide you with an estimate for the number of hours needed.
DETAILS + FAQ’S
LIFESTYLE SHOOT PRODUCTION
We’ll be present before, during, and after your shoot to ensure success.
Up front we’ll assist with scheduling, recommendations, and questions you may have. During the shoot all cameras, lenses, and necessary lighting equipment are provided. We’ll be hands-on with direction, staging and styling, and double checking that all deliverables are met. After your shoot we will manage post-production from start to finish. We will edit and curate your images, provide you with an online gallery to view and download files, and finally we’ll safely archive your files.
BOOKING + PAYMENT PROCESS
Individual headshots: A signed contract and the session fee reserve your shoot date and time. Additional images and upgrades are billed afterward.
Group headshots, lifestyle, + product shoots: A signed contract and a deposit of one half of the total fee secure the chosen shoot date. The remaining balance is due by the day of the shoot.
TURNAROUND TIME
Individual headshots will be delivered within 5 business days of your shoot.
Group headshots + lifestyle catalogs will be delivered within 10 business days.
COPYRIGHT + FILE USE
You will be granted full commercial copyright ownership to the delivered JPG files. Images may be used however you’d like in all realms of marketing, including websites, social media, printed materials, and advertising in press. Listing of photographer credit is not required with use.
The above pricing allows for our ability to use images for photographer self-promotion of similar work, via our website, social media, and in print.
STUDIO VS ON-LOCATION
We have a small studio in Northeast, Minneapolis where we can host your headshot or product photography session. A $100 on-location charge applies for off-site headshots - this fee does not apply to lifestyle shoots.

Our relationships with our Clients are very important to us, and therefore your investment includes excellent service throughout. We strive to make the photography process as seamless, comfortable, and fun as possible.
